Service as It Should Be

At Xyon UK, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies.

  • All purchases are subject to UK regulations and consumer goods act to protect our customers.

  • All complaints should be made by phone or through our 'Contact Page.'

  • All products sold are brand new in box, and sterilised, as required by European and UK law.

  • All subscribed customers will receive weekly offers and discounts on varying stock in store.

  • By ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.

  • By placing an order at Xyon, you warrant that you are a legally licenced artist. Xyon are in no way responsible for equipment usage once sold.

  • All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by Xyon within UK legal frameworks as responsible for the personal information.

  • Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.

  • Please note that local charges may occur.

  • Xyon are not responsible for any product once the security seal of the packaging of that product is broken. 

  • All electrical products sold by Xyon that suffer electrical or mechanical issues will be sent back to the supplier for inspection prior to any further action being taken. In the event that a repair is possible, the item will be fully repaired and returned to the artist. Returns cannot be accepted after either 1st use of the item or 14 days, whichever comes 1st.

  • Xyon reserves the right to amend any information without prior notice.

  • All personal information is stored safely via Xyon online provider, meaning no one will ever have access to your info other than ourselves. This is limited to the info you provide for sale, nothing more.

  • If you would like your info removed, drop us a message on our contact page and we will promptly delete all info and confirm with you by email.

  • FORCE MAJEURE:  Events outside Xyon control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Xyon is released from Xyon obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.

  • PAYMENT: All products remain GNV property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognised before confirming the purchase.

All transfers conducted through GNV are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction, as they are responsible for the transactions made.

  • ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  Xyon reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, GNV has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. In some cases, the out of stock product may be replaced with another.
